Matěj Pulkrab grew up in Sparta. He celebrated the championship title in the 2015/2016 season with the team U19. In the spring part, he also performed on loan in Liberec. In the Slovan jersey he played his first seven league games and scored four goals. The following season he played in Spartan jersey. He scored four times in fourteen league games. He added eight starts and one goal in the UEFA Europa League.
The season 2017/18 he was again in Liberec. He scored ten times in twenty-six league games. He was back in Sparta first team again in the last season. He scored three goals in sixteen league games. He missed the end because of March injury. The twenty-two-year-old forward was injured also in the autumn part of this season in which he played one duel. He scored in our reserves ad helped to beat Slavia B-team.
