Sparta head coach Pavel Vrba sent Vitík and Pavelka in as a centre backs. Højer played on the left side of the defence. Souček, Dočkal and Karabec were in the centre of the field. Tomas Čvančara was a striker. LK37 could not play because of cards. Juliš, Pulkrab, Čelůstka, Panák, Hancko and Minchev did not play due to health.
In the 14th minute, Pleštil finished after a cross from the right side. But he was covered by a defender and aimed over the goal.
After half an hour of play, Pešek got a pass from Hložek and shot in the box in a difficult position. Unfortunately, he also overshoot the target.
Shortly after that, the home team had a quick break. But Holec was fast and stopped Silný.

In the second half, we were waiting a long time for a chance. It came in the 66th minute and Sparta had it. Čvančara went alone to the goal, but he didn't tough the ball perfectly and Hanuš stopped his run. Čváňa tried to finish on the ground, but unfortunately he failed.
Ten minutes before the end, Silný sent the home team to the lead after a corner.
In the 85th minute, Sparta had a great chance. After a cross from the left side, Čvančara finished in the box. But Hanuš stopped his attempt near the left post. But right after that, it came. Čvančara got to the ball in the box and equalized. The next goal did not come and Sparta took a point in Jablonec after a 1-1 draw.
