Lose in the final pre-season

Head coach Václav Jílek gave an opportunity in our goal to Milan Heča. Kaya and Štetina played centre-backs, Kozák and Tetteh were our strikers.

In the eighth minute, Klauss sent an attempt from long distance that flew over Milan Heča's goal. Two minutes later, on the other side, after a great action by Hložek the ball came to Hanousek, who fired out of the box. But his shot was blocked by Lask defence. After the corner kick Tetteh shot, but his attempt to wrinkle didn’t scare the goalkeeper.

In the 17th minute, Kanga shot from long distance. His shot went above the goal. A moment later, Samuel Tetteh, the namesake of the Spartan striker, shot. His attempt went next to the left post.

In the quarter of the match Zahustel sent a great cross to the box. However, none of Sparta's players got to the ball and the whole action was stopped by the offside. After half an hour Frieser shot from 20 meters, his attempt flew high above Milan Heča's goal. Similarly, Kanga's shot on the other side a moment later. And when Samuel Tetteh missed the goal after 38 minutes, the first half ended without a goal.

Shortly after the half-time, Lask had a big chance. Heča pushed off Frieser's shot, but Renner did not get to the ball in front of the empty net. In the 57^th minute Ladislav Krejčí got to the pitch for the first time in Sparta's jersey, when replaced Tetteh. So Kozák was alone striker.

Sparta had the biggest chance in the 67^th minute. Hložek was in a dangerous position in the beginning of the box and fired. But the defenders blocked his attempt to the corner. After it Spartans got the ball into the net, but the referee whistled foul on the goalie.

Ten minutes before the end Hložek got the ball into the net after the Kozák pass. But this time it was an offside. When it had seemed that the match will end without goals, Benko fired from 20 meters and his ended in the net. In the 90th minute Kaya's header flew past the goal line! But none of the Spartans got the ball to the goal.

So Sparta lost the last pre-season before the new season 0-1 to Lask.
