If Sparta manage to advance to the 3rd qualifying round of the Europa League, they will take on either FC Thun from Switzerland, or FC Chikhura Sachkhere from Georgia.
That’s the outcome of Friday’s Europa League draw, which took part in Nyon, Switzerland.
The Swiss side is currently a bit closer to advancing, as they defeated Chikhura 2-0 at home, with goals scored by Schirinzi and Sanogo Junior.
The matches of the 3rd qualifying round will be played on 1st and 8th August. The teams that will actually take part in the 3QR will be known on Thursday 25th, when the second leg of the second qualifying round will be played.
