Sparta head coach Pavel Vrba sent Hancko and Pavelka to the game from the beginning after expiry of book penalty. Højer was also ready after health problems. On the other side, Čelůstka and Panák could not start due to injury.
In the eighth minute, Sparta had two chances. At first, Hancko headed the ball after a corner by Højer, then Pavelka got to the ball but hu did not get it to the net. Shortly after that, Casper made an offer from the left side but LK37 didn't get to the ball due to a great tackle by a defender.
Seven minutes later, Karabec was not waiting for anything in the box and fired. But he hit only the right post!
In the 26th minute, Pešek got to the box and shot. It was not a perfect one but the ball ended up just next to the left post.
Twelve minutes later, Pešek fired to Laštůvka from the right side of the box and goalie sent his attempt to the corner kick.
In the 40th minute another chance came! Hložek was face to face to Laštůvka after a mistake by one of the defenders, but he did get the ball behind the goalkeeper.
A moment later, Pešek kept the ball in front of the goal line, then Hložek crossed to the other side of the box and LK37 sent us to the lead by an uncompromising header!
So, 1-0 for us at half time.
Five minutes after the break Karabec shot from distance, but his attempt was stopped by Laštůvka.
Sparta controlled the game but there were no chances.
In the 75th minute, Wiesner sent a great ball in front of the goal, where falling Čvančara hit the ball and increased the score!
A minute later, Čvančara could add his second goal. But after a great cross by Hložek, Čvanči missed the ball.
In the 81st minute, Haraslín fired in the box, his shot bounced from the bar just behind the goal line and in was 3-0 for Sparta.
In the added time Almási punished our mistake. Sparta won 3-1 and started the FORTUNA:LEAGUE FINALS by a victory.
