3-0 over Teplice

Head coach Václav Kotal made two changes in the starting line-up compared to Sunday's match in Karviná. Instead of Tetteh was Kozák as a striker and in the middle of the defence Costa replaced booked Štetina.

Sparta had first chance in the eighth minute! After a cross from the free kick in the box, Krejčí headed to Kozák. He finished, but did not hit the goal.

The start of the match belonged to Sparta, the guests did not get to our half of the field in the first ten minutes. In the thirteenth minute, Sparta locked Teplice in their box. Crosses from the both sides by Sáček and Frýdek flew there. But nothing happened yet.

Another great chance came in the nineteenth minute. Kanga found Dočkal in the box by a clever pass, which he then offered to Kozák in front of the goal. Right in front of him, Čmovš fired kicked the ball away.

We deserved the goal, which came in the twentieth minute. The ghost of David Lafata was on Letná again, he scored so many goal like this! Dočkal fired from behind the box, Grigar kicked the ball but only in front of him, where Libor Kozák was ready. He sent the ball into the net and we took the lead!

The second hit came in a few minutes. Kanga went alone after guests defence mistake, but did not overcome Grigar. However, he sent the ball directly to Kozák, who sent the ball around the Teplice goalkeeper and forced a foul on him. The referee ordered a penalty, which Kanga used – 2-0!

In the 28^th minute, the guests also threatened for the first time. Řezníček made his place in the box and was ready to shoot. But Krejčí saved the situation.

Otherwise, Sparta continued to play offensively. Karlsson turned left to Frýdek in the 34^th minute. He run to the goal line and sent cross. Karlsson was waiting in front of Grigar but unfortunately he didn't hit the ball well.

Another nice Sparta chance came two minutes later. Hložek won almost lost ball, pushed to Dočkal, who offered the ball to Hancko in front of the box. The Slovak defender fired with his right hand on, the ball was knocked out.

The home team's dominant position was confirmed by the 41st minute. After a good cross ball went almost to Kozák but Grigar bounced the ball. However, he again sent him only to the places where Kozák was ready, and this time he sent the ball to the net!

Dočkal had the last chance in the first half. Hložek let him a pass from the right hand side, Dočkal was free and fired, but Čmovš bounced the ball away.

After a break, Hanousek came on to the pitch and almost prepared a goal. He run away the Teplice defence on the side and crossed in front of the goal, where Kozák was. However, he did not handle the ball well and did not end up in the open net.

Ladislav Krejčí then also had a huge chance. A free kick was played by Frýdek, who found Krejčí in the penalty area and he ended. But it was weak, and Grigar covered the ball.

Teplice could correct the score a few minutes later. Fresh Moulis crossed on the left and found Žitný, his ending caught Heča from the first.

The rest of the match was played without much charges, it was decided. Michal Trávník who got half an hour from the coach on the field tried it. Five minutes before the end, he fired from twenty meters, but above the goal.

In two minutes, Frýdek offered the ball into the box to a completely free Karabec, who tried it technically, but overshot the goal. A moment later, Tetteh finished again between Grigar's legs, but the goalie was ready.

So, Sparta defeated Teplice 3-0!
